Bradley Cooper Paired One of 2024’s Best Air Jordans With a Tiny Topknot

Bradley Cooper is one of Hollywood’s biggest sneakerheads. He’s got the Riccardo Tisci x Nike Air Force 1 in his collection. He has the elusive Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 High OG. And recently, he stepped out in the L’Art de L’Automobile x Salomon XT-4 that sold out in minutes when they dropped a few months back. But just when we thought the American actor and filmmaker was done for the year, he’s gone and copped one of the hypest Air Jordans of 2024.

While out and about in New York City (with a tiny little topknot for good measure), the Maestro star wore a black Louis Vuitton tee, some navy trousers, and he carried around a fun, little shoulder bag that was completely covered in faux fur. And then the pièce de résistance: On his feet were the Air Jordan 4 ‘Paris Olympics,’ which dropped as part of Jordan Brand’s big celebration of the Summer Games earlier this year.

Also known as the ‘Wet Cement,’ these special edition kicks arrived in a palette of ‘Smoke Grey,’ ‘Iron Grey,’ ‘Cement Grey,’ and ‘Particle Grey’ (all the greys!). Working on top of a suede base, textured leather wraps around the front of the shoe, while mesh paneling is applied to the lateral and medial sidewalls. Michael Jordan’s legendary Jumpman logo is stamped the tongue tag and heel badge, and all of this rests on top of a chunky midsole that’s infused with Nike Air tech.

It’s a genuinely good-looking sneaker. But what makes the ‘Paris Olympics’ even more special is the fact that it landed just in time to celebrate the AJ4’s 35th anniversary. Plus, with its all-grey color combo and its suede-leather build, it looks almost identical to 2017’s Kaws x Air Jordan 4, which is considered by many to be one of the greatest sneaker collabs of the last decade.

So is it surprising that Bradley Cooper has a pair? Of course not! The man loves a good sneaker.
